Shipping Update

Due to the Covid-19 crisis, we will help to minimise the risk of contracting the virus and keep our team and community safe. So we will ship out all orders once a week.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this time. We will keep you updated if this should will change.

Delivery update from Australia Post
- All parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection.
- In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes into their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and acknowledge delivery in the system.
- The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.

  • Regular post delivery, please allow 4 - 10 business days for standard delivery depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address. This postage option has no signature on delivery.
  •  Registered post delivery, please allow 3 - 7 business days for standard delivery depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address.

  •  Regular post charge for order value over $70 is same as a registered   post on check out and will be delivered via registered post.

 

  • After your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process and dispatch your order. If you place an order on a weekend, your order should be processed the following business day. Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods.

 

  • All orders are dispatched from Sydney. During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above. If you live in WA, NT, some areas in QLD or those areas outside of major cities, you may need to allow a few extra days for delivery.  
  • Delivery operated by Australia Post. The Oriental Allure has no control over the operation. 
  • Delivery to Australia address only.
